I changed it to 0, so now they always get caught. Btw, if you haven't already, you can modify the probability of escape for these heroes. Once they were weakened and their numbers were reduced to around 400, I gave them a final flow and got two qualis gems. I used that strategy to defeat the two noldor lords.
